Job Title: Senior Analyst, Process Improvement - Onsite

Worker's Work Location: Kalamazoo, MI

Pay Rate: $51.02/hr.

Job Description:

* Strong business process management expertise, including experience in process architecture, process mapping/modeling, and end-to-end scenario design

* Proficiency in Signavio Business Process Management (BPM) suite with relevant certifications

* Experience driving adoption of process standards and governance, partnering across business functions

* Strong communication and facilitation skills, able to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and reinforce our shift toward a process-oriented culture

This is an individual contributor role that requires the use of judgement in applying professional expertise and is expected to work independently with minimal supervision. Roles typically require a university degree or an extensive amount of practical knowledge gained through experience. Job requires an understanding and application of procedures and concepts of own discipline. The job requires attention to detail in making evaluative judgements based on the analysis of factual information. This job typically requires a degree or equivalent and a minimum of 4 or more years experience.

Additional Info: Ideal candidate will have significant process mapping experience using the Signavio BPM suite (this is a must have).
